Company founder Renee Sheetz has enjoyed a dynamic career encompassing human resources, operations, marketing, product development, and executive management. Experienced in both high-growth and turn-around situations, Renee is adept at analyzing the critical people issues that impede company success and drain valuable resources. Her diverse background has included experience in the technology, life sciences, consumer products, professional services, hospitality, and manufacturing industries

Renee founded Human Resources Professional Group in 1999. The company provides a complete range of interim and outsourced human resources services as well as specialized project work and consulting. HR audits, compliance and policy design, employee handbook preparation, employment services including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, investigations, compensation plans, benefit programs, training, employee development, performance management programs, and HRIS/payroll selection and implementation are offered individually or as part of a complete HR solution. HRPG consultants work onsite or offsite according to client needs.

Ms. Sheetz holds a BS degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is completing a Master of Science in Human Resources Development at the University of Maryland. She received the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation in 1997 from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She has participated on a variety HR panels and has been a speaker on topics covering a broad range of HR topics. Renee is active in several trade and civic organizations and is a Committee member of the San Diego Holiday Bowl.
