Prior to joining the practice, Simon gained valuable experience in professional practice from Hong Kong and Australia.Simon is the Committee Member of Small and Medium Practioners Committee, Practical Experience Framework Committee, and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. Globally, Simon is the Asia Coordinator of Integra International, International CPA firm and International Business Brokerage Association.
Simon has over 17 years experiences in advising in Tax Compliance, Corporate Structuring and Corporate financing in Hong Kong and PRC China. Simon is a CPA in Hong Kong and Australia. He is also the Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Taxation. Simon is a Certified Business Intermediary of International Business Broker Association (US) and member of International Association of Consultant, Valuers and Analysis (US), served as a M & A Advisor and Business Valuers. Simon obtained his Bachelors in Financing & Accounting from Australia and Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Policy from university of London (UK).
